At Focus you will deal with one of our three Directors above throughout – we do not hide behind a call center so you will always have access to one of our Directors.

Collectively, we have a wide range of business backgrounds and energy experience and behind the scenes we have an amazing team that help us give our clients the levels of service and quality of advice they deserve. 

Unlike many others in our industry we strive to ensure our clients understand more about their energy levels, usages and procurement strategies.  We feel that rather than the more historic and sales-driven “smoke and mirrors” approach that some less professional brokers use, our levels of engagement with our clients helps them feel happier with their choices and allows them to more confidently make an informed decision about their energy than perhaps they have previously.

Additional energy-related things our Directors do in relation to utilities:

· Act as an energy industry “go to” and write articles for some UK-wide business publications.

· Invited to speak at national conferences 

· Attend trade shows and conferences

· Awarded a “Preferred Supplier” status to a national care sector organisation with over 400 

  members and over 1,000 trade premises
